Terms of Service

The short version: you pay once, you get your speech and the tools around it, and you own what you say.

The service

• SpeechPen is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel.
• You own your speech. Use it, edit it, publish it, deliver it. We claim no rights to it.
• The service drafts and checks speeches with AI assistance. You are responsible for what you actually say at the event.
• The optional $97 human review covers one submitted draft. Designated review team members receive the submission, and an editor polishes it for clarity, warmth, rhythm, and room safety, then emails the revision within 48 hours. It is editing, not live coaching, fact checking, or a guarantee of audience reaction.

Fair use

One purchase covers one event's speech workspace. Abuse of the service (automation, resale, attempts to break it) may end your access, with a refund per our refund policy.
