The 7-Day Workspace Promise
Try the complete SpeechPen Workspace for 7 days. If it isn't right for you, submit a refund request through Contact Support within 7 days of purchase and tell us what didn't work for you. Once we verify the eligible order and your complete request, we'll issue a full $49.95 Workspace refund to the original payment method.
You don't have to prove that anything is broken. A timely, honest, complete explanation is enough. We ask for it in writing because it tells us what to fix, and because a refund on a custom-generated speech shouldn't be a one-click habit.
You're welcome to ask for help using the editing, rewrite, regeneration, and Room Readiness tools included in your Workspace, but that help is optional. You never have to accept troubleshooting or another AI revision before an otherwise eligible refund.
The Workspace Promise does not include human editing or a human rewrite. Human Review is a separate optional service with its own terms below.
What a Workspace refund does. Paid access to that workspace ends. Refunded SpeechPen-generated drafts may not be used or delivered. Your own facts and original writing remain yours in every case.
After 7 days. Write to us anyway. We'll still review the request for a billing error, a problem on our end, your rights under applicable law, or simple good judgment. The 7-day promise is what obliges us to refund; its passing doesn't end the conversation.
Human Review
When you purchase the optional $99.95 Human Review, a real editor personally improves your existing SpeechPen speech for clarity, flow, tone, and delivery. It is one substantive edit of one preferred speech, not a new speech written from scratch.
You may cancel Human Review for a full refund any time before an editor begins work.
Once editing begins, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available. The included limited adjustment, which you can request within 7 days after your edit is delivered, is the first remedy if the result isn't right.
We'll refund the Human Review fee if we miss the 72-hour delivery deadline, or if we can't provide the editorial service described in our Terms even after that adjustment.
A Workspace refund does not automatically cancel or refund a separate Human Review order. Tell us about each purchase you want us to look at.
Billing Questions
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or notice a charge you don't recognize, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll investigate every billing issue promptly and correct any verified billing error. These remedies, and your rights under applicable law, are separate from the 7-day promise above and are not limited by it.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are not automatic and there is no refund button. Submit the protected support form with your checkout email, your purchase details, and a substantive explanation. A person at SpeechPen reviews every request and replies by email.
Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Fraud, materially false submissions, automation, and resale are not protected uses of this promise.
